We go the extra mile


We can oversee all aspects of leasing of your property. This includes strategic tenant planning, marketing available space, arranging showings to potential tenants, vetting tenant applications, and negotiating leases. We also maintain good tenant relations in order to ensure tenant retention and attend to all tenant renewals timeously. All leases are audited to ensure correct charges and recoveries from tenants.



We use the MDA Property Management system which offers a full accounting service, including tenant billing, supplier payments etc. Management reports are distributed to Owners on a monthly basis which includes Rent Rolls, Tenancy Schedules, Vacancy analysis, Budget Variance and Income Statement Reports to name a few, this function is custom made to the requirements of each Owner.


We have a proactive approach to collecting rental through constant tenant liaison and communication, arrears are followed up from the 1st of the month and immediate action is taken in collaboration with the Owner on potential problems.


We oversee all maintenance work for your property, which includes management of all SLA’s, to attend to emergency maintenance as well as routing maintenance projects i.e., Waterproofing, building renovations etc. We also oversee tenant installation processes where required. Our Operations Managers do weekly inspections of the properties in order to do preventative maintenance and provides monthly reports with the management pack.



Our staff receives regular training and education about real estate regulatory and compliance requirements in order to ensure due compliance with all Laws, including the OHS act, Employment Act, Labour Relations Act and the National Building Regulations.



We implement and maintain energy management and utility control including the assessment of the accuracy of date, correct billing and recovery and benchmarking thereof in conjunction with the appointed meter reading company.

We have in-house brokering services and we also work in conjunction with outside brokers to market vacancies. We have multi-channel marketing approach that includes signs/banners, print, and digital marketing.
