Sales Agents | Johannesburg Office

Are you passionate about Sales then we are looking for you to join our exciting team. We are seeking Real Estate Sales Agents to join our Johannesburg office.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
Appraise property values.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs
Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
Explain technical product or service information to customers.
Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
Schedule appointments with prospective customers
Develop networks of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred.
Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms. Advise real estate clients.
Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients.
Obtain property information
Develop proposals for current or prospective customers. Recommend products or services to customers.

Desired Experience & Qualification

NQF Level 4
Must Have Real Estate Sales Agents experience
Must have own transport
Previous work experience to your advantage

Experience:

5 years minimum property management
Technical knowledge

Building administration
Manage tenants
