Mafadi Durban Makes its Mark

Exciting developments are in the works as our company grows its presence along the east coast.

Mafadi’s Durban office was established in 2014 and has managed several buildings, including the landmark Trifecta student living facility in Greyville. In 2019 we proudly appointed a new regional manager. Joeleen Hermelin has 18 years’ experience in operations management and over seven years in property administration. Her team will be overseeing commercial and residential sales and letting, along with property management. Services include the sourcing of tenants as well as management of rent collection, rates and levies, council accounts, and housekeeping (incorporating landscaping, repairs and maintenance).

From procurement to management, Mafadi Durban now offers a full-service property solution. In expanding our portfolios, we are building the brand to increase our services to the client, maximising income for property investors while adding value to our city by managing sustainable living and working spaces.
